We endeavour to keep all items listed on the website in stock, if a purchase is made for an item which is out of stock you will be notified either by phone or email. It may be that if this item is part of a multiple purchase it will be sent out at a later date (at no additional cost) or refunded if necessary.
Please note that ellamora is unable to deliver outside of the UK. ellamora will deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we are sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays or English Bank Holidays and we cannot deliver at specific times of day.

- Hermes next day delivery (please be aware that orders must be before 11am for next day delivery and there is no Sunday collection)
To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.
If there is no one at home, the carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.
ellamora will accept orders from credit/debit card holders for delivery to an alternative address from the cardholder's address.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the item with proof of purchase within 10 days and we'll exchange or refund it. If you do not have your receipt or proof of purchase a credit note will be given. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we reserve the right not to offer you a refund or exchange.
Exceptions: Items not as new and jewellery.
For online purchases, please email us prior to returning the goods which must be in a saleable condition and have all original packaging, undamaged and unused. Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes Clearance and Price Match items.
Please be aware that it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
